Notifications and email
See what the bell and your inbox tell you, switch to one summary a day, and add your deadlines to your calendar.

Every notice reaches you in two places: the bell in the top bar and your email. You can choose one email summary a day instead of an email per update, and subscribe your calendar to your campaign deadlines.
Check your notifications
Click the bell in the top bar to open Notifications, newest first. A count on the bell shows how many are unread. Every email you receive also lands here, so you can recover a message that went to spam. Your email setting never delays a notification here.
Emails you receive
| For | You get an email when |
|---|---|
| Suppliers | You are invited to a campaign, a deadline or milestone reminder is due, you submit lines (a confirmation), the buyer asks for changes or a detail form, the buyer grants edit access, the form gains a required field your lines are missing, or the buyer's decisions go out. |
| Buyers | A supplier asks for edit access, changes or withdraws a line under edit access, or adds lines after the close. |
| Both | Someone on the other side writes under Questions & notes on a line you can see. |
Get one summary a day
Open Settings
Click your name in the top bar, then Settings.
Under Email, choose One summary a day
Pick the hour in Send the summary at
The hour is in your timezone, set on the same screen.
Click Save
These always arrive straight away, whichever you choose: campaign invitations, deadline reminders, requests for more detail, access grants, announcements, password and sign-in email. Your submission confirmation and a request for changes also arrive straight away. If you act for several brands, you get one summary per brand. To stop the summary, choose One email per update. Anything the summary was holding sends then.
Add deadlines to your calendar
The calendar feed carries the deadlines and milestones of every campaign you take part in, and updates when a date moves. It holds no lines, prices, or decisions.
Create the feed
In Your nameSettings, under Calendar, click Create feed. Copy the URL that appears.
Subscribe to it in your calendar
In Outlook, choose Add calendar, then Subscribe from web. In Google Calendar, choose Other calendars, then From URL. In Apple Calendar, choose File, then New Calendar Subscription.
Anyone with the URL can see your campaign dates, so treat it like a password. If it leaks, click Generate a new URL, which stops the old one. To stop the feed, click Turn off.
